Allo Simonne is Quentin Ryckaert's gourmet tribute to his grandmother, a passionate woman who loved travel, flowers, chocolate, and good food. Ryckaert, who is a pastry chef and chocolate maker as well as a graduate of the Namur Provincial Hotel School in Belgium, joined forces with Vincent Coja in 2017 to realize their vision of making rich, creamy spreads that remind people of their childhoods and joyful family brunches. There is no room in their little glass jars for added oils, flavours, additives, or preservatives—they only use natural ingredients, starting with fresh hazelnuts, which they roast themselves in their workshop! Their products have already won numerous awards at the International Chocolate Awards.
