Since 2003, Les Canardises have told an authentic gourmet story focused on responsible agriculture! This small, Quebec family-owned farming and canning business offers natural duck products lovingly prepared using traditional artisanal methods.

Well known, comforting, and oh-so tasty dishes made with savoury duck meat. Ready-to-eat food, so you can enjoy a restaurant experience at home!

The set includes:
  • 1 jar (660 g) duck spaghetti sauce
  • 1 jar (600 g) duck chili con carne
  • 1 can (600 g) deli-style sliced smoked duck

Preparation:
  • Spaghetti and chili sauce: in a covered saucepan, heat over low heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Smoked meat: place the can in a pot of simmering water and heat for 10 minutes.
