In Quechua, qantu is the name given to the Inca's sacred flower. Now the national emblem of Peru and Bolivia, it symbolizes unity and hospitality, values held dear by Elfi and Maximus, whose journey has been full of life-changing encounters. As they made their way through the Peruvian Andes, passionate cocoa producers and inspirational chocolate artisans fuelled the duo's own desire to share this delicious delicacy with others. Today, the pair helps others discover cocoa's wonderful purity and complexity with the chocolate bars they produce from bean to bar. Elfi and Maximus embody meeting of two contrasting regions: the forests of northern Peru and Canada's boreal landscape!
