During his nearly 10-year-long stint as a workshop manager, cabinet maker Olivier Villeneuve-Sénéchal saw how much wood was lost from industrial manufacturing. As he deems wood to be a living material worthy of respect, throwing even the smallest amount was inconceivable. With the help of his wife, he explored eco-design and manufacturing items using recovered wood shavings, specifically from North American wood species whenever possible. This elegant and handy spice grinder featuring contrasting nuances and slender shape will turn heads in your kitchen and dining room!
