What is The Simons loyalty program?

 The Simons is Simons' rewards program designed to thank our customers for their loyalty. It allows customers to earn points that can be redeemed for rewards cards and lets them enjoy plenty of extra perks.

Is there a registration fee for The Simons loyalty program?

 No. It's free to join and no purchase is required. Anyone aged 14 or older can become a member of The Simons. Those below the age of majority in their state must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before joining the program.

How do I become a member of The Simons?

 You can join The Simons loyalty program for free by requesting and activating your The Simons account online at simons.com/activate.

How can I earn points?

 Make sure your account has been activated online at simons.com/activate. Once this is done, simply show your The Simons membership card when making a purchase at a Simons store or sign into your account when shopping online at simons.com. For each U.S. dollar spent, 1 point will be added to your account within 48 hours.

I've registered for the program, but no points appear in my account. Why?

 To earn points, you must have first activated your account online at simons.com/activate. Then, you must show your The Simons card when making purchases at a Simons store or sign into your account when shopping online at simons.com. For each U.S. dollar spent, you will receive 1 point. Please allow 48 hours for the points to appear in your account.

Can I earn points online?

 Yes. Once your The Simons account is activated, simply sign in at simons.com to earn points on your purchases.

How do I know which tier level I've reached?

 You can see your points and your tier level by signing into simons.com and going to "My Simons Rewards." Your tier depends on your total annual purchases: Enthusiasts - from US$1 to US$999, Connoisseurs - from US$1,000 to US$3,999, and Insiders - US$4,000 and up.

How do I take advantage of my The Simons rewards?

 To take full advantage of all of our loyalty program's perks, show your membership card in store. When shopping online, sign in and place your orders from your The Simons account.

Where can I use my The Simons membership card?

 You can use your The Simons membership card each time you make a purchase in store. Online, you can earn points automatically with each purchase you make while being signed in to your account at simons.com.

What can I do if I don't have my The Simons membership card when making a purchase?

 If you own a smartphone, you can access your account and use your virtual membership card. Otherwise, a sales associate can access your profile in store and award you points for your purchases at your request. If you make a purchase and are not awarded any points, keep your receipt and show it along with your The Simons card at a Simons Customer Service Department in store. Please note that you have 30 days to collect your points.

Where can I see my account summary?

 You can check your account summary, including your points and tier level, by signing in at simons.com and going to "My Simons Rewards."

How can I see my points history?

 You can see your points history by signing into simons.com, going to "My Simons Rewards," and clicking on "My History."

How long does it take for my points to appear in my account?

 Allow 48 hours for your points to appear in your account.

Can my points expire?

 No, not unless your The Simons account remains inactive for 36 consecutive months. Each November, the points of all activated profiles are converted into a rewards card amounting to US$10 for the first 500 points and US$1 for each additional 50 points rounded down to the nearest dollar. If the minimum amount of 500 points required for a rewards card is not reached, all unused points will be carried over to the following year as long as there is at least one transaction every 36 months.

Where can I find my rewards card and how do I use it?

 In November each year, your rewards card will automatically appear in your The Simons account online. You can find it in the My Gifts and Rewards section and use it online by selecting it in the Payment section when placing your order. To use it in store, show it during the transaction. Did you lose your rewards card? Contact our customer service at 1-877-666-1840. Please note that rewards cards expire one year after being issued, i.e. on October 31 of the following year. After this date, they are no longer valid.

I joined The Simons loyalty program online. When will I receive my membership card?

 Once your enrolment is complete, you can access your virtual membership card in your online account. When you sign in on your smartphone, you'll be able to show and use your card right away. Our in-store team can also access your profile to link it to your transactions. If you choose this second option, all you'll need to do is provide them with information associated with your account when the time comes.

As per our sustainability values, we are no longer distributing physical cards. We would also like to encourage you to avoid printing your virtual card. Thank you for helping us to make our world a little greener!
